Of course, a practice is only as good as its team, and we’re proud to say that ours is one of the best in all of Ohio! Each member of our team has been hand-selected by Dr. Striebel based on their experience, training, personality, and dedication to service. Their one goal every day is to make our patients as comfortable as possible during their appointments and help them smoothly navigate the path to treatment. Below, you can take a little time to get to know our wonderful team a little better.

Jody Dickens, Sleep Coordinator/ Dental Assistant/ Office Manager

Jody has nearly 40 years of experience working in dentistry, and as you can see from her job title, she’s spent that time learning how to do it all! She truly enjoys helping people, which is why she comes to work every day with a smile on her face. You’ll find her either assisting patients at the front desk or working with Dr. Striebel chairside. Basically, if something needs to be done around the office, Jody is the person we rely on! She went to dental school at the Montgomery County JVS and the Foster Estes Vocational-Technical School in Oklahoma. Afterward, she went on to become certified in both dental x-rays and phlebotomy.

Outside of the office, Jody and her outgoing personality like to attend Zumba classes and spend time with her loving family.

Jessica Dickens, Billing

Jessica helps our patients navigate the ins-and-outs of their medical insurance so they can save as much as possible on their sleep apnea treatment. She has over 3 years of experience in the dental field, and she loves how her job gives her the opportunity to truly help people every day. If you ever have a question about your medical insurance, she’s the person to ask!

A graduate of Clark State Community College, Jessica prefers to spend her off time singing, listening to music, camping, and entertaining her loving and supportive family.
